Emily Bay is a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist. She graduated from New York City’s Swedish Institute of Massage Therapy. She moved in Sacramento to share her talent and skills in therapeutic massage therapy. She is Nationally Certified Reflexologist and Pre/Post Natal Massage. She is a Reiki Master, has advanced training in Shiatsu, aromatherapy, and Thai Massage. Meet Gary Gilbert, graduated from the Rolf Institute of Structural Integration located in Boulder, Colorado. He was educated in Advanced Rolfing Structural Integration and Rolf Movement Therapy and is a Certified Rolfer. He is also a registered nurse and one of the instructors at the Healing Arts Institute. He has been in the world of therapeutic bodywork for over 30 years and is nationally certified in therapeutic massage and bodywork and has received certifications in the different massage techniques. Jennifer Landers specializes in Swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point release, shiatsu, sports, prenatal, and hot stone. She is a certified massage therapist with over 5 years of experience after graduating in 2004 from the Western Career College. She has completed 725 hours of massage training with an additional 26 hours in Ashiatsu. She is the owner of Massage Therapy by Jenn Therapeutic Massage and Spa located in Orangevale, California.

Sherri Tescher specializes in Thai Massage and was educated at the Spirit Winds School of Thai Massage and even furthered her studies when she traveled to Thailand to learn more about it. And now Sheri is a certified teacher for two levels in the Traditional Northern Style of Thai Massage. She first got her certification as a massage therapist at the Phillips School of Massage located in Nevada City, California wherein she was trained for table and Swedish massage. She is a Certified Massage Therapist who owns Sher-Thai Massage in Sacramento, California and also offers Reflexology, a foot massage.
