She is a nationally certified massage therapist, personal trainer, licensed physical therapist assistant, and fitness therapist. She has received various certifications in the holistic field such as pregnancy massage, infant massage, & deep tissue. She has over 20 years of experience in her profession. The company not only provides massage in the office, but also onsite massage for clients in the corporate world. Massage can be held in the office through chair massage.

Meet Tara Wilson, professional massage therapist and was educated from the National Academy of Massage Therapy & Healing Sciences located in Kulpsville, PA. She is the owner of Anahata Massage & Bodywork in East Berlin, Pennsylvania specializing in Swedish, medical therapies, sports massage canine, reflexology, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, & aromatherapy. Tara also had advanced training in hot stone massage with continuing education in pregnancy/infant massage and clinical aromatherapy. She is also certified in Reflexology after completing 200 hours of training at the Baltimore School of Reflexology.

Tiffany Duncan graduated from Baltimore School of Massage with 510 hours of massage therapy training & also completed 610 hours in Shiatsu and Asian Bodywork program. She is nationally certified and has received a Diplomat of Asian Bodywork Therapies. She is the owner of Calm Spirit Bodywork found in York, PA offering various massage techniques such as aromatherapy, raindrop therapy, hot stone massage, & shiatsu/tui na.

Domenic and Frances Lopez are the founders of Healthy Moves. They currently run the office offering massage therapy, office ergonomics, & functional exercise. There massage techniques are therapeutic massage, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, & sports massage. They both had their own private practice in massage therapy with years of experience. Domenic is also a certified athletic therapist and Frances is a physical therapist. Healthy Moves is located in Malvern, PA.

Certified massage therapist, Xandria Ahner, has been providing massage 15 years ago. She began in 1994 participating in the massage therapy program that requires 300 hours of study & training. She was trained at the School of Integrating Shiatsu Alaska. Xandria also completed a 500 hour massage therapy program at Health Options Institute located in Bethlehem. She works with The Seventh Moon Massage Therapy, a massage & spa center that provides alternative healing & various modalities. Other therapist in the company are also well trained, professional, & and are certified.
