At first it was painful & she was uncomfortable until such time her body was craving for it when she felt the improvement & healing towards her mind & body. Chris has a certification of Asian Bodywork after graduating from Atlanta School of Massage and then learned Thai massage. He had been massaging different clients who are athletes, doctors, and also including martial artists. His dedication to his massage career led him to become a volunteer in charitable groups, geriatric patients, and those people who have been confined with cancer. On the hand, Carrie Gast who works together with Chris is a graduate of Ashmead College specializing in Swedish, deep tissue, treatment therapy, sports massage, & pregnancy massage. Carrie received a certification in hot stone therapy when she continued her training after graduation of her massage program in 2007.

It is owned and operated by licensed massage practitioner, Theresa Clary who had her massage practice in California, came to Washington after receiving her certifications as a massage therapist.

Services offered are ways of holistic healing & is considered an alternative medicine. They have a wide range of choices for massage treatments with therapists who are certified & professionals. Lisa, one of the therapists, has been doing massage for the past 9 years. She had her training from the Brenneke School of Massage. She completed the course in 2001 and specializes in various massage techniques. Be Well Massage Therapy is located in two locations in Washington, one is in Mukilteo, and the other in Everett.

She has been trained in different holistic techniques for the past 3 years to learn new modalities that will help her perform massage at it’s best to each client. Her records include teaching massage as a volunteer, massaging people who have cancer, & other programs in which she volunteered to provide professional massage service for the benefit of others.
